2 HRS
You will have time to workout with a partner in the HIIT format of 1 minute on, 2 minutes to rest to chat, 1 minute on, another 2 minutes to rest and chat. Then you'll have 1-2 minutes to decide whether you want to connect with your partner before connecting with a new partner to start a new workout set.
Max workout set is 20 movements.
Max number of partners is 10.
Intermediate / Advanced
This event is catered more towards anyone who is looking to maintain their fitness and find a partner who is also in that same mindset.
We're starting you off with at least one thing in common.
